Description: Sergeant Kelley was struck and killed with his own vehicle while attempting to make an arrest. Sergeant Kelley was assisting another officer in locating a suspect. Sergeant Kelley located the suspect and while attempting to place handcuffs on the suspect, the suspect became combative. The suspect was the able to gain control of a police cruiser and struck Sergeant Kelley, running him over. Sergeant Kelley was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds. The subject was located and arrested.
