Description: Sergeant Kincaid was driving his personal vehicle while off-duty with his wife. Passengers in a passing car threw something that shattered Sergeant Kincaid's windshield. Sergeant Kincaid pursued the suspect vehicle and pulled the car over. When he identified himself as a police officer, he was shot and killed. The suspects had just robbed a local business. While fleeing the scene, one of the suspect's gun was jammed. As he tried to un-jam the gun, it went off and shattered the windshield of Sergeant Kincaid's car. The suspects were juveniles.
