Description: Master Deputy Kirk suffered a medical emergency during mandatory in-service firearms qualifications. Deputy Kirk collapsed during the combat course exercise and he went into cardiac arrest. CPR attempts were not successful and Deputy Kirk was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
