Description: Special Agents Knartzer and Sheila Regan died in an airline accident when the TWA jet crashed in inclement weather in Virginia. The Agents were on authorized travel and in pay status. Agent Knartzer was travelling from the field office in Indiana to Washington D.C. to attend training. The crew of seven and the other 83 passengers also died.
