Description: Deputy Kolb responded to a disturbance call at a local residence. As he approached the residence he identified himself. Without warning the suspect shot Deputy Kolb in the neck with an AK-47 assault rifle. Suspect was later shot and killed by back-up officers. Deputy Kolb was pronounced dead at the scene.
