Description: Officer Keely was killed when his cruiser was struck by a cruiser from another agency during a pursuit of a vehicle. Officer Keely's agency had just been released from the pursuit and the Michigan State Police Department took over. As Officer Keely made a U-turn to return to his jurisdiction, his cruiser was struck on the driver's side by a Michigan State Trooper. He was killed instantly.
