Description: Chief Michael Kahl was killed in an automobile accident when his patrol cruiser rear-ended a truck that was making a left turn. Chief Kahl was leaving from court, when his vehicle struck the back of a truck. He was killed instantly. Investigation is focusing on whether the truck making the left hand turn had an operable left turn signal.
