Description: Constable Kisselbach was shot when he and two other officers responded to a call where a man was brandishing a gun at a bar. Upon their arrival, the suspect began shooting, striking Constable Kisselbach in the head. Constable Kisselbach was transported to St. Mary's Hospital where he died.
