Description: Several officers including Special Officer Kozlowski and Edward Watkins responded to a domestic disturbance call where John Urbanowicz had shot his father-in-law. The suspect opened fire, hitting Officer Watkins several times. Special Officer Kozlowski tackled the suspect and attempted to disarm him. Suspect Urbanowicz fired a single shot into Officer Kozlowski's heart killing him instantly. Other officers returned fire killing the suspect.
