Description: Patrolman Kelly was shot as he answered a domestic disturbance call where a man had killed his wife and wounded a second man. Patrolman Kelly was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The suspect barricaded himself inside the house and fired several rounds at responding officers. The suspect was killed by police snipers as he was driven out of the residence by teargas.
