Description: Deputy Kinchen was shot and killed while attempting to serve a warrant with another deputy. Deputy Kinchen was shot twice and died the next day from his injuries. His partner was critically injured, when a round entered the back of his vest, but is expected to recover. The suspect in the case was former Black Panther leader H. Rap Brown.
