Description: Officer Kozminski was shot and killed after responding to a domestic disturbance call at a local residence. Officer Kozminski was responding to a call where an intoxicated man with a gun was threatening to shoot family members. When Officer Kozminski went to the rear of the residence to establish a perimeter, the suspect shot him in the head. Officer Kozminski was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
