Description: Patrolman Kucken and Patrolman Thomas Mitchell were both shot in an exchange of gunfire when they attempted to arrest a suspect who had just shot and killed a man during an argument. Patrolman Kucken died at the scene. Patrolman Mitchell was transported to the hospital where he died the next day. The suspect also died.
