Description: Agent Kuilan Torres was shot and killed when he walked into a burglary in progress. After leaving work, Agent Torres made a brief stop at a local business. Agent Torres walked into a burglary in progress. The suspects shot him immediately and took his body out to his police vehicle. The suspects then shot him once more in the head to ensure his death.
