Description: Patrolman Kittinger was dragged to death as he attempted to apprehend a suspect wanted on a morals charge. The suspect rolled the window up on Patrolman Kittinger?s arms and drove off. Patrolman Kittinger was thrown to the ground when the suspect crashed the car into a second vehicle.
