Description: Inspector Kaskeski completed an inspection of an oil tanker, then climbed down the ladder and attempted to jump to the pilot boat when he fell into the Delaware Bay. Inspector Kaskeski, who was wearing a life jacket, was unable to hold on to the life preserver because of the rough and cold seas and drowned. His body was recovered five months later.
