Description: Deputy Marshal Killion was assigned to infiltrate the liquor market in Lily, Kentucky. Deputy Killion got into an argument with a owner over the price of the liquor in the saloon. Deputy Killion cited the saloon owner and returned later that day to see if the liquor prices had been adjusted. When Deputy Killion returned, he was shot and killed by the saloon owner.
