Description: Deputy Little was shot when he went to serve a warrant on a suspected horse thief. When he arrived at the suspect's residence, Deputy Little identified himself and ordered the man to come out. The suspect answered with three shots, striking Deputy Little in the abdomen. Deputy Little died two days later from his injuries. The suspect was arrested.
