Description: Police Officer Lorenzo was killed when his department motorcycle was struck head-on by a drunk driver. Officer Lorenzo encountered a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes and attempted to direct traffic away from the vehicle. Officer Lorenzo was struck by the vehicle and died at the scene. The suspect was charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence.
