Description: Lieutenant Lozada-Vergara was accidentally shot while participating in a training class at Police Headquarters. During one part of the training, Lieutenant Lozada-Vergara was acting as the suspect. Another officer forgot to unload the live ammunition from his gun and fatally shot Lieutenant Lozada-Vergara in the back.
