Description: Police Officer Lowe was shot when he answered a disturbance call at a cigar store. The store owner was having a problem with one of his customers and he beckoned to Officer Lowe for assistance. After a few words between the customer and Officer Lowe, the customer drew a pistol and fatally shot Officer Lowe. The suspect fled the scene and was not apprehended.
