Description: Officer Lloyd, along with other lawmen, was attempting to arrest a gang who had just robbed a hardware store. A gunfight erupted on the outskirts of town, leaving Officer Lloyd, Chief Thomas Brumley and Deputy Earl Powell dead. The four outlaws also died as a result of this battle.
