Description: Feloniously killed during traffic stop or pursuit. Corporal Lyden was fatally shot with his own gun during a traffic stop of a suspicious vehicle on State Highway 544. As Corporal Lyden attempted to place the suspect under arrest, the suspect attacked him, gained control of his service weapon and shot him.
