Description: Deputy Loiselle was struck and killed while conducting a traffic stop on Interstate 87. While interviewing the driver of the vehicle, a tractor trailer veered onto the shoulder and struck his patrol car. Deputy Loiselle was pinned between his patrol vehicle and the vehicle he had stopped. Deputy Loiselle was pronounced dead at the scene.
