Description: Deputy Loll was shot as he stepped from his patrol car to question two poachers who were hunting for pheasants out of season. The poachers stole Deputy LollŸ??s shotgun and fled the scene. Deputy Loll died before medical help arrived. The suspects were arrested several days later and charged with murder. The first suspect was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 15 years in prison. The second suspect was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
