Description: Sergeant Lingard and Deputy Shirer had observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Officers pulled vehicle over for traffic violation. As Sergeant Lingard approached the car suspect opened fire on him. Deputy Shirer was able to return fire and capture suspect.
