Description: Patrolman Lincoln was on his patrol bicycle on his way to question two witnesses to an accident. Patrolman Lincoln collided with a pedestrian who stepped into his path. He was thrown over the handlebars and struck his head on the curb. Patrolman Lincoln died at the scene of a fractured skull.
