Description: Special Officer Little was accidentally shot with his own gun as he and a fellow officer attempted to subdue a struggling suspect. Officer Little was disarmed by the suspect as he attempted to place him under arrest. A second officer joined in and attempted to gain control of the service revolver when it discharged. Officer Little died at the scene.
