Description: Lieutenant Lee was shot as he attempted to arrest a suspect on a disorderly conduct charge. The suspect resisted arrest, gained control of the officer's weapon and shot Lieutenant Lee in the head with his own gun. Lieutenant Lee returned fire with a second pistol he had in his possession and fatally shot the suspect in the chest before he succumbed to his wound.
