Description: Officer Lambert went to 406 North 6th Street to see a man who owed him money from the sale of a ring. The price was $55.00, and $5.00 was still owed. They had an argument and exchanged blows with their fists when the perpetrator pulled a revolver. In the scuffle to make an arrest, Officer Lambert was shot in the head and died.
