Description: Sergeant Low and a second officer responded to a call for assistance regarding a violent patient at the Woodhull Hospital. Sergeant Low was kicked in the chest while struggling with the patient and then had trouble breathing. Sergeant Low collapsed and died of a heart attack at approximately 8:30 that evening.
