Description: Detective Landin and his partner Detective Monty Conley were investigating a narcotic case when a vehicle ran a stop sign and struck their patrol car. The accident occurred at Hwy 99 and the Avenue 120 off ramp. Both officers were killed instantly. The driver was convicted of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and sentenced to five years and four months in prison.
