Description: Officer Logan succumbed to gunshot wounds sustained the previous day while making a traffic stop. Officer Logan attempted to arrest the suspect who had outstanding warrants. The suspect shot Officer Logan in the face, then once he fell, in his back. Officer Logan was transported to a local hospital where he underwent surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. He remained on life support before succumbing to his injuries the following day.
