Description: Officer Lambert was killed in an automobile accident while responding to an emergency call with emergency equipment activated. Officer Lambert's patrol car collided with another patrol unit responding to the same call at the intersection of Second Street and Ohio Avenue. Officer Lambert sustained fatal head and neck injuries. She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead at the scene. Friendly action.
