Description: Patrolman Ledezma suffered a fatal heart attack after he identified a suspect wanted for an attempted assault on a police officer. Patrolman Ledezma radioed the dispatcher then followed the suspect in his cruiser. A minute later, Patrolman Ledezma suffered a heart attack and crashed into a parked car. Patrolman Ledezma was transported to the hospital where he died.
