Description: Police Officer III Lee was killed in an automobile crash while responding to a call. Officer Lee and his partner were responding to a call regarding an open 911 line when their patrol car was struck head on by a dump truck. The truck experienced brake failure and overturned on the steep downhill road. Officer Lee died at the scene. The second officer survived the incident.
