Description: Sergeant Luna was killed in a motorcycle crash while en route to pick up his department motorcycle from a repair shop. Sergeant Luna received department authorization to drive his personal motorcycle to retrieve his department motorcycle while on duty and being compensated. While en route, Sergeant Luna collided with the back of a merging vehicle and was thrown from his motorcycle. Sergeant Luna was transported to a nearby hospital where he died.
