Description: Trooper Lowry stopped a vehicle occupied by two juveniles for a traffic violation. Trooper requested backup after verifying that the car was stolen. As Trooper Lowry and Corporal David Hathcock attempted to handcuff the juveniles a fight broke out. One suspect was able to escape and get an AK-47 rifle out of the stolen car, which he used to kill both Trooper Lowry and Corporal Hathcock.
