Description: On March 8, 1938, Police Officer Lloyd was escorting a physician to the hospital when he fell from the running board of the vehicle. Officer Lloyd was transported to the hospital with a fractured skull and other injuries and remained hospitalized until his death three weeks later on March 30th.
