Description: Deputy Sheriff Longway was killed in an automobile crash when his patrol car collided with a tractor trailer. Deputy Longway's patrol car was trapped underneath the trailer as a result of the collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Deputy Longway had just completed his shift and was on his way home in his patrol car when the crash occurred.
