Description: Patrolman Lonto died in an automobile crash when his patrol car collided with another vehicle. Patrolman Lonto and Patrolman Vincent Hagan were responding to the scene of a fatal railroad accident when the crash occurred at an intersection. Patrolman Lonto died at the scene. Patrolman Hagan sustained minor injuries. The driver was charged with homicide.
