Description: Officer Lukaszewki was at the station writing arrest slips for four prisoners when one of the inmates grabbed his service revolver and shot him in the head with his own gun. Officer Lukaszewki's partner Anthony Concialdi tried to stop the prisoner and was shot in the arm. Officer Concialdi fired and struck the prisoner. Both Officer Lukaszewki and the prisoner died at the hospital.
