Description: Trooper First Class Lippy was killed in a helicopter accident while transporting injured teenagers from a car crash. During the flight the helicopter encountered inclement weather and Pilot Stephen Bunker radioed to have ambulances meet the helicopter at Andrews Air Force Base. Pilot Bunker lost contact with the dispatcher when the helicopter crashed. Trooper Lippy, Retired Trooper Bunker, an EMS attendant, and one of the patients died in this accident.
