Description: Master Police Officer Lavery was fatally shot when he responded to a domestic disturbance call. Officer Lavery was ambushed and shot multiple times shortly after he entered the residence to locate the suspect. The barricaded suspect committed suicide after an hours-long standoff with law enforcement officers.
