Description: Special Agent Lebid was killed when his government vehicle was broadsided at an intersection in Tampa, Florida. The suspect driver ran a red light and struck Agent Lebid's department vehicle at a high rate of speed. The impact forced Agent Lebid's vehicle directly in the path of a tour bus. Agent Lebid was killed instantly.
