Description: Corporal Lee was en route to work when his department vehicle broke down. As Corporal Lee stood in front of his vehicle, checking the engine, a vehicle crossed the median and struck and killed him. The FBI's investigation concluded that Corporal Lee was intentionally struck by the suspect and that this case should be considered felonious.
