Description: Deputy Leach was en route from Portsmouth, Ohio to Hamilton, Ohio to pick up a prisoner. While traveling north on RT-42, another vehicle traveling south on Rt-42 began passing a tractor-trailer. The vehicle hit Deputy Leach's cruiser head-on, killing Deputy Leach instantly. The suspect was charged with second degree manslaughter.
