Description: Sergeant LeBow was killed in a car accident while on routine patrol on I-40. While traveling westbound, Sergeant LeBow crossed the median, entered the eastbound traffic lanes, and collided with a 18-wheel tractor trailer. The impact tore the State vehicle in two. Sergeant LeBow and his car seat were thrown several feet before crashing into the concrete pavement. Sergeant LeBow received fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
