Description: Inspector Latham was abducted when he stopped a van carrying four armed men on the Rio Grande bridge in Texas who were suspected of robbery. Inspector Latham's body was found 150 miles away with a gunshot wound to the head. One suspect committed suicide while three other suspects were taken into custody.
