Description: Patrolman Leigh was in pursuit of a speeding motorist when his patrol motorcycle crashed into an automobile that was emerging from a private driveway. Patrolman Leigh was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the vehicle was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
